Hi Flanders. This is the manager. I am very sorry about your experience with us. We are here for the people and I am very displeased with the way your order was handled. We are to be in contact with the person and updating them on eta. Nothing should take more than an hour to receive: Please let me know what time the order was placed. I was away for the evening and left another in charge. I will make sure they are dealt with appropriately.
Id like to offer a discount along with something extra for this issue.
I looked to see if placed order on line but didn’t see your name so maybe called or texted. Please let me know the time so I can council the correct person in charge.
We also will never tell a customer it will be there in an hour or 2. No order has ever taken us 2 hours to deliver. It is not something we would tell a person. Please get back to me soon.
